Each individual that registers for this training should check licensure requirement for their own license at the DPH website. 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the seminar due to any low enrollment, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.


In case you are unable to attend the seminar for any reason, you will have the below three options:

1. Contact TLC CT at least 5 days or more before the date of the seminar and transfer to another seminar offered by TLC CT held within 6 months

2. Arrange to send a colleague/friend in your place

3. Receive a refund after deducting $35 as cancellation fee
